Overview
**Case study available upon request**
I worked with the creative lead, the content strategist, and the digital producer to extend the user interface components for the Google store marketing visuals.
As the development team was already working on the store redesign, the next step was aligning the marketing products, in this case, email newsletters and web banners.

Process
- Break down the UI into modular components that can be reused across different sections of the product.
- Establish clear design guidelines to ensure a consistent visual language.
- Design reusable components and a standardized design process contribute to time efficiency.
- Reduce the need for extensive redesigns by having a scalable and adaptable system.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
Outcome
The toolkit of UI patterns, such as templates, modules, design elements, and components, provided consistency for future marketing strategies while speeding up releases without compromising quality.
Components are reusable so they can be built upon each other, creating a consistent look, feel, and behavior. Our goal was to provide a system that is highly flexible, scalable, and cost-effective, but also customizable.
Finally, we drafted a quick style guide that outlined some rules and suggested practices, including dos and don'ts.
